Change user name

Is there a way I can change my user name? I really don't want to create a new account with a different email address.

I Think you can submit a ticket to customer service and request a name change.

I wouldn't bet on it. As it happens I recently submitted a ticket for that, but their response was:

I should have clarified... I meant for the forum, not the game. For some stupid reason, I didn't use my MPQ username when I created my forum account. I'll send in a ticket and see what happens. Thanks!
