Lost progress from Venom Bomb/Simulator

I filed a ticket already but figured a thread here might help other users.

As a Simulator reward, I got a 3* Cyclops which I immediately applied, and I ran through VB to get the CP from the last node on my Android tablet. This morning, I opened MPQ in my Android phone, and the Cyclops was nowhere to be found (not in the queue, back to his previous level), the VB sub wasn't even open, and the CP that I gained wasn't there. (I'm probably missing ISO as well.) I tried to recover my progress from my tablet, but I'd already rostered Gwenpool (from alliance rewards), so I may have overwritten some data.
