What happened to the double ISO?

My entire alliance is no longer receiving any rewards from any matches in the Dino PVP. Anyone else having the same problem?

    My Dino PVP is showing +60 bonus for victory and 140/280/500 rewards possible. I haven't played a PVP fight today, but nothing looks amiss to me.

    Was hoping they would double the iso on the alliance rewards per day, but alas...
