Did not received paid item

On septembre i purchased an Asguard treasure via steam. The steam transaction on steam was succesfull, but in game it was unsuccessfull. I did not receive the item. On the next monday or thuesday, i received from customer support an email asking for a screenshot of my purchase. So i sent one. I have not had any news since. I should be an easy issue, any competent software developper have logs for these things. It should be easy to see money in. No items added.

Its been over a week now, the promotion which incited me to buy the 60$ pack is now over. I actually purchase another pack just not to lose 4 star covers i had picked up. That money i should not have spent and just add to my agravation.

This is unprofessional, disgracefull and revolting and dear god you must not those issues happen with steam, fix it and be quick to give clients what they paid for
