Thalia's Lieutenant reinforce bug

Thalia’s Lieutenant is supposed to give other human creatures a +2/+2 when it enters the battlefield. This seems to work as intended the first summoning. However, when you reinforce that initial Thalia’s Lieutenant the human creatures on the battlefield receive a +2/+0, and not the intended boost.
