Facebook logins down?

    How much can you possibly do to ruin an otherwise fun game? A lot, apparently.

    I'm not on Fakebook, but it's affecting the logins in the same way.
  • Managed to log back in... and all my progress is deleted.
    Several months worth of playing gone...
    And my account wasnt connected to my facebook.
    Imperat0r is dead.

    I got back in. The game seems to be back up. Nothing to see here. Move on along now.
  • Now I am stuck on training mode whenever I log in.....

    For me the maintenance ended, for me the same Start Training comes up! I would like to get back my account! What do you suggest?
  • In the midst of trying to login during this outage I managed to get my phone/Facebook associated with a brand new account. Can't login to my old profile, and attempts to recover it just lead back to the new profile. Guess I have to wait till Monday, probably longer. icon_cry.gif

    I am having the same problem, stuck at start training. Anyone know how to fix this? Greatly appreciated...
  • Same as the above. I wish there was a way to coordinate with our collations. I submitted a maintence request, so hopefully they will get it resolved.
  • I have the same issue. I logged back in and I now have a new account, everything I had is gone.

    I don't have Facebook, and I can't even start the game. It just starts me at training like I don't have an account.

    if you don't have facebook, you pretty much screwed. that's the only way you can save the game afaik

    misleading. I had mine connected to facebook and I have also lost mine as well and my entire account reset and went back to the tutorial. you might get it back, but don't assume you will for sure.

    fwiw, I created a ticket but have not heard back.

    I've filed a ticket- seems a bit silly that people's progress can be lost if they don't have Facebook...... Why have the game available without it if it runs a risk to the data?

    And if that is the case then maybe, just maybe a huge **** warning should be in place to deter people from playing (and in my case paying) without it- whilst I would have linked it to my account there are people who do not have the ability to do so.
    It is available in the App Store and I don't believe it states must be linked to Facebook to ensure you don't lose all your progress.....

    The upshot of all this is I see a crapstorm coming and it's unlikely to be a little one...........

    So on starting the game in offered to do some training. Not hitting that button without knowing what it does.

    So, what's going on? Accounts being wiped clean? Any Dev feedback on this?
  • Just created a ticket as well, will keep this thread updated. Whether or not I get my data back is a pretty big dealbreaker for me.

    I ran into this issue yesterday. Once I hit start training there was no going back so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, then reconnected to facebook and haven't had any problems since. Do it at your own risk but really not much to lose if you are already locked out and at the mercy of customer support.
  • Anyone make any progress on their support ticket? I'm trying to pursue it through Facebook as well... I received an initial response from Support but it seemed like an automated response for the issue.
