4 star soft cap

What is a good soft cap for 4 star characters? I can put some ISO into some of my 4's but I don't want to ruin my scaling. I have most of the 3's champed and I'm trying to get all of them before I commit to my 4's. Here's my roster: https://mpq.gamependium.com/rosters/Donkey-Teeth/

    The 4* buff list is 105 levels.

    Always assume that you will have 4 3* buffed at least 90 levels. So if you soft cap your 4* to around 150, you can pretty much guarantee that even when buffed they will still be lower than your buffed champed 3*.

    This is a fairly conservative estimate, you can probably bump it up a bit, but this should get you started
