Game crashes on Android after every other LR

I finish one match and then it says no events available and game closes itself. Upon restarting the game, I can re-enter the lightning round, but after my 3 seed teams are beaten, it's back to regular matches. This is extremely punishing for someone who starts the lightning rounds the second it becomes available, expecting several matches.

Please address this with the quickness.
