Possible Bug: Animist's Awakening

I have noticed that when Animist's Awakening's countdown gem expires and a second Awakening is cast on the same turn the gem expired, the second Awakening converts the gems automatically without a new countdown gem being created. This has happened multiple times. Awakening has been cast (by AI since I don't have the card) and countdown created. The next turn the countdown expires, converts the gems, and another Awakening cast. The second (and third) Awakening does not create a countdown gem, just automatically converts gems to green.
