    If I may make a request to the devs for the next time this is run. Please don't put boosted characters in the nodes. My A go-to team this event has been Fist, Witch, Kingpin, and as has already been mentioned, they are the opposition in sub 2, simulation 06.

    My B go-to team of IM40, Gamora, Thoress stepped up and did me proud (stun is your friend), But why boost characters and then deny their use?

    I had the same request for the last Heroic Event; Daken and Sentry were boosted, but were also in roughly half the nodes. Hopefully, you'll have better luck than I did!

    It's a nasty team I started using in matches myself because I saw just how well they work together. Almost always a countdown tile for Kingpin's Black. Purple to either give them more black, deny your strongest AP, or Reality Crush. Green and yellow to give you strike tiles. And all the while, you're taking an extra 400+ damage a turn thanks to Iron Fist.

    The best counter I've found is:
    Phase 1 - Reconfigure your Championed Jean Grey to 5/5/3.
    Phase 2 - Let Scarlet witch do her thing.
    Phase 3 - Profit.

    But seriously, take out Kingpin first. Iron Fist's tile is going to really hurt, but not as much as what Kingpin can do to you.

    I used 3* Cyclops as a poor man's IM40 for the first 4 clears of this node, going with Cyc, IF and Th4r. I used Cyc's yellow to power up Th4r's red, and let IF do his thing with purple and black, which eventually set up an extra kill shot for Cyc.

    For today's final clears, however, I might swap in SW for Cyc. Let SW power up IF's purple, and my SW has a knack of creating blue CD tiles in places where they get easily matched, which could help power up Th4r's blue.

    For the sake of completeness, my level 255 (boosted) Thor (2/4/1), level 367 (boosted) Devil Dino and level 167 (unboosted) Hood was also able to do four clears to CP on the Nick Fury, Kingpin, & Red Hulk essential in sub 3. That means the stupidest team I ever used on a 4* essential node was successful over a three day event using only a single health pack (plus losing the Hood on the final try on sub 2). Even my standard "A" teams can't claim ever having such success...

    Now, you almost assuredly don't care, but I had to tell someone icon_e_smile.gif
