Further animation speedups

I'm very happy to see the token animation speedup in 1.7! Just a few more animations that could do with speeding up:
* Repeatable triggered abilities that make tokens. Most egregiously Hangarback Walker: that card still slows cascades to a crawl, and the 1.7 speedup doesn't affect it except for the death trigger because each token spawning event is a separate match.
* Animations that do something to each creature. I'm very glad that Drowner of Hope sends its three lines at each enemy creature at the same time. This is a very sensible animation decision. Gideon's midband +4/+4 similarly just does one animation not 3. If only other things that affect each creature worked the same way. Jace2's ultimate, Koth's ultimate, Consul's Lieutenant all slow the game down by repeatedly firing an animation line at one creature, then the next, then the next.
* Animations that do something to many cards in hand. I think Brain in a Jar may be the only one here, but I think that's fairly slow if it's adding mana to each of 3-5 cards in hand, for every match in a long cascade.

Same goes for Jace 2's'ultimate and sorin's'ultimate...0

Brain in a jar really takes too much time if you have several spells in hand. Cascades take ages to finish.0
