bug: hexproof not disabled with hixus

The removal of hexproof by disabling (for instance hixus) -does- work for creaturs that come into play with hexproof (like rattlechains) but does not work on creatures that recieve hexproof (from rattlechains or sigarda)
can this be fixed?
