Destroyed Critical Tiles

How is damage calculated when a critical tile is destroyed due to an AoE event such as a match 4 taking out a row/column or GSBW's sniper rifle? Is there a base damage value that is used or is the damage for the critical tile 0 since it wasn't actually matched.

    I've often wondered the same thing and would love to find out.

    I feel the answer is either zero or no more than the highest tile or the same value as your match tile. But would bet on zero.
