Add cover distribution to add boost screen

It would be helpful to be able to see the enemy covers (PvE and PvP) sometime before combat. Otherwise, player doesn't know if he's fighting a 355 Professor X or a 544 version, unless going to opponent's roster and scrolling to the applicable character. While mostly this is a mere annoyance, on some events, such as Balance of Power, knowing the undercovered / non-standard covered characters would be highly useful.
