Ability to de-level

We all know leveling a 4* or 5* when you're low level and don't know how the games works yet will kill your scaling. A lot of new people fall into that trap. Once you have you're kinda stuck, either slog through brutal scaling, bringing your 1 - 2 cover 4/5*s to every match and just not having much fun, or sell your rare character for a pittance... What if there was a 3rd option? What if we could down level a character and get some of the ISO back, lets say 50%. This would allow people to undo mistakes like this. It would also allow people to throw some levels into temporarily boosted characters, then take it back after the event if they have better uses for the ISO.
