Bugged Seeing Red

I was doing "Look-Alike Contest" node from "Amadeus' Inferno". Finished She-Hulk with LCap "Star-Spangled Avenger" skill and gone to the last wave, with Red Hulk. He's shown up, but with "Seeing Red" triggered, countdown tile appeared. How not hit at, full health Red Hulk can create this tile?! It's obvious bug, isn't it?
