The Cho reward cover screwed up my inventory.

So as the title says, I just finished Amadeus' Inferno and upon beating the final node, it said I received a Green Cho cover. While not too pleased about getting a cover that made my Cho 5/2/1, I wasn't surprised at the result and went to my roster to add it. When I did that, however, I noticed that the cover wasn't in my inventory and that my roster now says it has 96/95 characters. Upon closer inspection, I found out that the game automatically added the Green Cho cover as a brand new character, even when my roster was full - in other words, I not only can't add the Green to my 4/2/1 Cho, my roster is also busted and I'm kinda afraid of what'll happen if I try to do anything with it. Can I get some help for this? I assume I should open a ticket with CS, but I'd be surprised to hear back from them, judging from other complaints I've heard about them recently.
