roil spout unable to target token creatures

I saw a bunch of threads with assorted bugs that included roil spout's bug of not being able to target tokens, so I created this new thread with just Roil Spout in case it slipped through the cracks. Roil Spout has the same text as Gone Missing, but Roil Spout is unable to target token creatures while Gone Missing is able to.
