Her green. When you fire off Holding Back, have it produce strike tiles anyway. Either produce only one, or produce them at half strength.
Otherwise she's perfect.

Seriously, it's so frustrating to have to build up 9 red and 16 green before she's fully usable. She has the same hoarding issue that slows Captain Falcon down.
