Anyone else notice Quickshot for example, the banner appears for each countdown... I thought it was suppose to be once at the beginning. r110 defect?

    Yep, this is happening again. Recharge displays a banner for each CD tile that resolves. I haven't tested other powers, but it's definitely happening.
