New game error?

Just had a friend install the game for the first time. They can't even play the instructional section before the prologue. The entire screen does not respond... not the pause button, nor can the tiles be moved, thus making the game unplayable.

They are not on the forums, so I figured I would ask for them. Any ideas?

    Ive had the same issue with my son's account. Both a newly installed iphone and samsung do not allow tiles to be removed after you first load. it does take the screen tap after Nick Fury gives you direction, but then nothing.

    So they can now play the first round of the demo, but now they can't train the iron man 1* to upgrade his red power in the demo. Basically, as we all know, the demo only lets you do what they want you to do, so as to teach you how to play. But, the demo is buggy, so you can't do the ONE thing they will allow you to do, so you're stuck at a screen and can't do anything.
