New Load Screen

I must say I really like the new load screen - it is pretty sharp and a nice prep for the Anniversary week. One question, though, the third "Hollywood Squares" of characters is broken by a silhouette - anyone want to speculate who she is? I mean, that's clearly a "she," and there are bulky things on her wrist so it could be Black Widow, but it doesn't look like any of the promotional shots and it looks like she either has short hair or it is tied back.

Am I missing something obvious, or is this a teaser for a future character?
