Game Won't load...if i reinstall do I lose everything?

Hey I am having a problem, my android phone crashed and with it Puzzle Quest. Now it will not open. So i was wondering if I reinstalled MPQ is there anyway to get my roster back with my Google Play ID? I do not have a Facebook account, so i didn't have anyway of backing up my game. I was up to 45+ covers and hate to start over. I do have a call into customer service, but was wondering if there was something I could do on my own.

    I believe you will unless you have backed up your game data to Facebook

    On top of this, there's been a bug lately where some people's "backup save to facebook" setting has been quietly turned off in the settings. Your facebook save may not be reliable. I'd recommend opening a customer support ticket *before* deleting or reinstalling, due to this.
