Prizes in PVP with clearance level

I am currently playing the Iron Fist pvp at clearance level 7, but I don't understand why the prizes are
26-50: black+yellow Luke Cage + 2000 iso + 50 hp
51-100: Red+Yellow Ares + 2000 iso + 25 hp
101-200: yellow Ares + 2000 iso
201-300: 2 elite tokens + 2000 iso

That is: how is it possible that arriving 101st I get ONE 2* cover while arriving 300th I get AT LEAST 2 2* covers, if not 2 3* covers? The iso is the same! And the 25 hp for the 51-100 position are not a great add, while between 51st and 50th there is a HUGE gap (2 2* to 2 3*).
Sure I understand that somebody may really want the Ares cover, but 90% of the times I'd go for the 2 tokens! It will even take me less effort in playing the event!

    Good catch there. 101-200 really is the sore spot in PVP placement. You even lose out on ISO if you place there, since you can only sell one cover.

    Word in General Discussion is that places 51-200 get their Ares covers as well as two Elite tokens...

    That makes sense, but it's not written in the game...
    Besides, I think that an Elite token is worth more than an Ares cover, so it should be that lower places get 1-2 Ares, higher places get 1-2 tokens in addition...

    I was very bitter last night when I dropped from 35 to 96 in the last 90 minutes of Fist Bump, with shields up, for this very reason - but 96th place got me two Ares covers, and 3 Elite tokens, two of which were 3*s. That definitely took the sting out a bit.

    Well, they definitely wrote it wrong!
