Event rewards

Out of the last 3 events, when I have attempted to.login at the end to retrieve rewards it either takes forever to (fail) load, or I get a maintenance message. I haven't received any of the rewards for individual participation or coalition awards. It's not even an option on the activity hub to claim the rewards. Is anyone else experiencing this ?

I can confirm the same experience.

Topped off with the fact that all nodes always seem to pit me against level 60 pw's, even if my highest level isn't even 30,and it makes these events worthless to me if I can't even get a reward for struggling my way through to get any points at all!

I was logged in when the even ended, when server crashed. I logged back on and never got my rare card from the event even though I was ranked high enough to qualify for it.

How can i go about getting it?
