Two Steam Accounts, Two MPQ Players, One Computer?

I want to play two seperate MPQ accounts on two seperate steam accounts on one computer. When I switch steam accounts MPQ loads up the last used MPQ account. How can I play both accounts on one computer?

Are you both using the same windows logon? If so, try using a different logon. It may be saving the save file based on the windows user id.
