What's wrong with CS?

Uhhh, seriously, what's wrong with customer support?

After 3 days if no reply they simply send u a copy paste of a part of the faqs that's not even matching the question and call the problem solved...?

I understand that they are not almighty, but they still have a job they get payed for and that's just... I am actually missing the words here.

I mean it's not the first time this happens, this time was just especially bad.
