Uhhh, seriously, what's wrong with customer support?

After 3 days if no reply they simply send u a copy paste of a part of the faqs that's not even matching the question and call the problem solved...?

I understand that they are not almighty, but they still have a job they get payed for and that's just... I am actually missing the words here.

I mean it's not the first time this happens, this time was just especially bad.

    There must have been kind of mayhem around CS and it is the reason there you can find silence, apathy and indifference towards us.
