Character Rebalance : Juggernaut

Juggernaut is totally matching what they are saying above.. Shouldn't he be "rebalanced" first?

    I REALLY don't think it even worth five minutes of the devs time to look at Juggs. They have so much more on their plate.

    Juggernaut is a character who functions on the idea that if you have healing or protection, then he is kinda worse. Sort of like 5 black Hulk.

    Still, as an opponent his massive health pool makes him less of a damage threat and more of a Death Star, especially at higher scaling.

    My only recommendation for a fix would be to lower the red covers by one. Solves all of the problems.

    Lower damage, higher cost.

    Dev is saying the power should be equal in the same rarity.
    It's certainly doesn't apply to juggernaut. See nobody is complaining about Ironman, black widow, spiderman and venom.
