When will Power Man be available in packs?

I know he's available at a ridiculous 1/1000 clip in the event packs. But will he be in the classical packs when the season starts? And how bout vaults? New characters usually get peppered in the vaults of subsequent events right?

    He should have his own PvP event coming up soon, and he will be available in those event tokens.

    Don't count on him being in legendary tokens before next season.
    There should be one cover in the next PvE vault.
    He should have his PvP next weekend.
    There might be one cover as a progression reward in the next PvE at higher Clearance Levels.

    He hasn't been 'released' yet so no chance he's in the CP/LT tokens, which are only updated at the beginning of every season.

    Fortunately, this is a short season, so he should be in those packs for the start of Anniversary season, which (barring some type of unannounced plan) should be starting Oct 6th.
