AP is equal to the amount of the least common color that is on the board. Changes one tile to a web tile of the least common color, then stuns either Spoderman or a random enemy for 1 turn. [50% chance to hit himself]
2: also makes a random tile fortified
3: 2 turn stun if it hits the enemy
4: also makes a random tile locked
5: if he stuns himself, eat a hostess pie for a burst of health
