Lost my roster after the update.

I dit the update, nothing again, it hangs.
Removed and again, it starts!!!!
Fresh game??? Nothing, roster gone , I have to start all over???. Strange thing, stil member of my alliance toes, what's in the name.
But roster stil gone all my winnings gone.
And this after an update, sorry my mistake or yours??

And for now 7 days further and still nothing happend, I can get a ticket and wat for ????
