Standard Recruit Tokens

I understand that normal Heroic Tokens pull from a set pool of champions. Newer champions are not eligible as a part of this pool until later on when they are finally added.

Do standard tokens work the same way? I have been holding on to a large number awaiting confirmation that I have a chance to get the majority of covers. Is there a way to learn what pool of champions standards can currently pull from?

I play on the IOS platform for reference.

Yea, standards are the same. Generally speaking, there is no reason to sit on standard tokens and wait for an 'optimal time'.

Since new characters have mostly been of the 3 star variety, the chances of you pulling a 3 star character from a standard is about 2-3 percent (IIRC). So, the chances of you pulling a specific newer character (among the 15 different 3 stars) is incredibly, incredibly small to begin with.

Here's an example of someone that made 100 token pulls:

Ive just cashed in my first 5 and got a blue hood! Luck must be with me today. I cashed in the highly trained heroic token and got invisible woman O_o.

Is there a list of who is currently available in each type of token pull?

You might also mention that, according to Spading's tabulated results of 10,000s of Standard Recruit tokens, those results are extremely lucky. In aggregate, you should see something like ~15x 2* covers, and about ~3x 3* covers + HP, unlike the 9 3* + HP seen here. But small sample sizes lead to high levels of variance.

On one of the tokens there was an info link to some table of chances. Could we have it for each, please? Guess not such a big deal to create a table of the data on the site and paste the button code. It would help everyone quite much. Also prevent these threads.

It may just be me, but I noticed something about the Standard Recruit Tokens today. When redeeming them the "new reward" image shows as a light blue cover with a one star on it, meaning I am getting a one star tier reward, But when I just got me a Red IM40 the "new reward" image was a gold cover with a S.H.I.E.L.D logo on it, meaning I am getting a 3 star tier reward. I believe there is a light blue cover with a S.H.I.E.L.D logo on it which to me shows that I am getting a 2 star tier reward.

Anyone else notice this?

Yep, there is a different icon depending on the rarity of your reward. It's across all rewards, not just Standard tokens.

Yep, there is a different icon depending on the rarity of your reward. It's across all rewards, not just Standard tokens.
