Nodes of power rewards not happening

I have not gotten nodes of power rewards for the last two. (support is wonderful and got them for me) I was just wondering if anyone else was having issues with this as well?

My claim pops up, but when I claim the rewards they simply don't appear. Anybody else having this issue?
