Not receiving progression-reward covers in DPvsMPQ

A friend and I are each playing in DPvsMPQ, both in level 7. I passed 6000 points and received the pop-up alert for the Punisher black cover, although it then didn't appear in my inventory. A friend has passed 12000 points and has had the same thing happen with both Punisher rewards at both 6000 and 12000 points, earlier today with no delayed rewards since. Has anyone else had this issue? (I'm hoping it doesn't preclude losing the Venom progression cover)

    Huh... Weird! About an hour after my first post, I opened the game again just now to find that my total progression score in DPvsMPQ had been dialed back to 5250 from the just over 6000 it had been previously (with the Punisher cover NOT checked-off in the prog list). I got back up to 6000 and got it just fine.
