For your X23 debate, I have her champed, so her build varies. But if running 3/5/5, toss in her dad(?),[not sure how the family tree grows with clone fertilizer tossed in, gets confusing so I just say dad], Patch. His green puts out the strike tiles, and since both heal, the enemy strikes are not too big a threat. And for some real fun, use Daken. He puts out strikes and heals as well. And covers blue.
If you're lucky enough to have an OML with at least 1/1/1, then run her at 5/3/5 with Daken to put out easy strikes. If OML transforms, you have black, red, yellow, green, purple and blue covered. A rainbow team.

tl;dr X23 plays well with her dad(?) and brother(?). When everyone can heal, it ain't no big deal. The family that slays together, stays together. And racks up the highest body count. Especially if they're as dysfunctional as this one.

Note that while you repeated the announcement info from demi/d3 in elite tokens, that info does not seem to be accurate. There are still standard tokens in CL5. And the elite tokens seem to be replacing some cover and event/heroic token rewards.

Re: x23, Don't use her green to generate strikes. Nova is the best 4* partner to get strikes for her. Daken also works, and punmax is ok of you spec her 3/5/5. Blade and moonknight could work, but the color overlap is problematic. In general she is a good character of overshadowed by other purple/green 4*s.
