I want Squirrel Girl checked for Steroids! - UPDATE!

I recently completed Gauntlet round 1 fully and now I am working on fully completed round 2 for experience points. The match was Black Panther, Patch and Squirrel Girl. I brought in 2* Daken (he has more health when boosted), Ironfist and Luke Cage to preserve some healthpacks.

I am focusing on Panther then Patch and lastly SG.. I downed Panther and I was ready to use several purple from Ironfist when all of a sudden Squirrel Girl uses 'Nuts from Above' and one-shots my Ironfist.. fine.. I can still win this. Next time, she uses 'Nuts from Above' again to one-shot Daken! Okay.. I can still win this with Cage then ANOTHER 'Nuts from Above' to Cage and he's dead.. that's right, somehow Squirrel Girl had 27 purple AP to kill me in 3-turns. I have no idea how that's possible.. she used her green prior to killing IF but it doesn't generated AP plus I was collecting all the purple for IF so I'm just stomped.

I know everyone is thinking 'Why didn't you check their AP?' I should have after the first one-shot but I did not think she had that much Purple. Ugh I wish Mobile users could see the AI's AP amounts without having to swipe the screen but that's another issue. I'm sure some of you are also thinking "Why would you bring Daken against Squirrel Girl?" This is true too, he made her purple more powerful to one-shot me but at the time she was the least of my worries.

Anyways I just needed to vent my frustration about my embarrassing incident of Squirrel Girl destroying my team.. Squirrel.. Girl.. a freaking girl that controls squirrels.. killed.. me.. she truly is unbeatable icon_lol.gif

I got my revenge on that filthy Squirrel Girl! I used none other than myself and I found her weakness.. shooting her in the head icon_twisted.gif

    You brought 3 characters that make special tiles. That is her niche.

    I know and that's why I said make fun of me! haha. I did not think she would be a problem because I matched away (or so I thought) all of the purple.

    Her green actually generates AP from the tiles that she pops each turn (which can lead to a cascade for more ap). Still, getting 27 ap in stock is questionable. Even if the AI managed to collect that much total, I would expect her to use the ap before firing three turns in a row (no one competes with her in her team anyway).

    For me it making the mistake of using hulk and being furry friends to death. The hulk downed by squirrels. Worse than thug in a bad sweater vest killing him with a pistol. Though I still giggle like a school boy when I see her power of; Nuts from above. icon_lol.gif

    I generally kill SG first in matches that feature her. Her greenflag.png and purpleflag.png can be quite nasty.

    I mean she killed Thanos by herself in the comics.

    Are you REALLY surprised? She's considered to be one of the most powerful characters in Marvel simply because she's the only one smart enough to beat her villains off-panel.

    On my mobile device, the enemy ap bar comes into view for a couple seconds at the end of each enemy turn.

    This; usually the AI will fire a power in a color immediately after collecting enough AP to fire it (and any additional required conditions are met). Exceptions are when there's a color overlap and the AI is saving up for the more expensive power, but even then it might give up after a few turns if it hasn't collected enough addional AP by then.

    As noted, her green does generate AP. Her Green is seriously amazing with OML. If you get 1000 damage worth of Strike tiles (not hard with OML) Squirrel Girl's Green will proc them seven times! Not to mention it generates AP, creates cascades and does not half damage by itself. I'm always flabbergasted when I see her listed among the weakest three-stars when she has two really good abilities and one lousy one.

    Another good combination is with Ant Man as well. Just for thematics.

    I love Squirrel Girl...i'm hoping they rebalance jer and make the green cheaper and the yellow a bit weaker but with no ending of turn.

    She would shoot to the top of my list of the best 3* characters
