R109 Health Packs

Posts: 37 Just Dropped In
I have twice used health packs to heal 3* Magneto and Scarlet Witch, only to have them still be injured with significant heal times when I go to use them. Health packs are still recorded as used. I have not had this problem before downloading R109.
