Steam R109 Can't Update/Install

I have been having trouble updating to R109 on Steam. When I try to launch MPQ, the update usually fails with a message relating to a missing content manifest, or sometimes a connection issue.

So, I tried deleting local game content from Steam, and then trying to install again, but this fails in the same way. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    This appears to be only happening to one of my two computers. On the affected machine, removing the game from Steam and even reinstalling Steam doesn't seem to help. I have created a ticket with Steam support, but if anyone has experience fixing this problem I would love to hear from you.

    I was able to install this @ 530pm (PST) from Steam.

    So maybe the load on Steam to download, or your connection possibly...

    This issue has finally been resolved. In my case, it turned out to be a problem with the steam service on the machine in question. After repairing it twice, I was able to install again.
