Drunau Corpse Trawler + Claustraphobia

I was in the event. I had out clastraphobia. My opponent cast Drunau 2 times while clastrap hobos was out. Drunau did NOT proc and cast the Zombie token creature, neither time.

I'm assuming it was Claustraphobia that caused the bug, it could have been something else.

This is working with all creature that have and effect when entering the battlefield.

Until official word from devs it can be assumed to be the expected behavior.

It's not strange or unexpected.
You are reinforcing a creature that is disabled. So the effect it has does not trigger, because the text on disabled creatures has no effect. This is something I've been using to my advantage with Hixus for a long time now.

That covers the 2nd cast.
He claims that also the first time it did not spawn the zombie.
This is how it workshop all cards.

While enter the battlefield effect not working when reinforcing a disabledcreature can look perfectly logic(some could disagree anyways), the very first one not triggering is more debatable.

Anyways the behavior is perfectly consistent on both cases with all cards.
So it's not a bug for sure.
