Roster Advice?

So my Roster currently kinda looks like this:

And I am wondering if I should champ Iron Man and Punisher...? Or will that mess up my scaling..? (I champed patch already, before I thought of this, but well...)
And should I ditch 1star Black Widdow?

Also I have 4 more new 3star covers and two more 4star covers.
I guess I buy as man new slots as I can and recruit one of everything?


Also open for any other random advices!

    As long as you have the ISO, I see no harm in maxing threestars. Iron Man is one of the best threestars and works well with Patch, so do him first. Punisher is showing his age unfortunately, but has some nice tricks. Hulk and Black Panther are also worth bringing up eventually.
    You want to keep one one-star character so you can clear the DDQ each day. Black Widow may not be up to the task though, most people go with Juggernaut or Iron Man. Black Widow makes a nice Teamup to send though.
