Transfering account to a new phone

hello, my old phone recently died and ive tried contacting their support team for help in transferring my team to my new phone( the account is 3 months old and i pumped 60 bucks into it) im aware of the facebook backup feature, but i am paranoid that if i re-sync on the new phone it will overwrite my old backup and leave me with nothing. if you have any ideas to get this going please let me know.

Login to Facebook on the new phone, then choose the connect to Facebook option, and when it says you can only have one save choose Load

thanks, hopefully that question didnt sound as stupid as it does now. i didnt want to overwrite the account i was trying to save by clicking the facebook button.
