Freeze with Reclaim

During the event (of course) I had two separate freezes with the same circumstances:
I cast reclaim on a token left from seed guardian, got the mana, had a nearly full hand with creatures to cast, and nothing happened.
Happened once against Chandra, once against Kiora, so it's not a red PW thing. The first card in hand was different both times (hermit of the natterknolls and dusk watch recruiter, IIRC).
Very annoying that y'all still have technical issues of this nature.
