Extremely Satisfying Moves

Unless there's already a thread like this, I'd like to see what things people have done in game that were extremely satisfying - from getting 3 5-matches in a row, to pulling an x-force wolverine from a standard pack, come share with me.

One extremely satisfying thing that happened to me today was in a lightning round against Spiderman, Classic Storm and Punisher. I was using Punisher, Spiderman and Original Black Widow. Somehow, I'd managed to lay out enough strike tiles with Punisher's green so that a full health Classic Storm dropped with one red Retribution from Punisher, so that her damage skill didn't trigger. It made me feel smug.

At least, until the next match, when my team's collective backsides were kicked. Horribly.

Fighting a long drawn out fight, most of the team is down.

Comes down to my Daken with less than 500hp left vs enemy thor.

Thor charges his green, sigh in resignation as I know i'm going down.

Make my final match, small cascade kills Thor, I win.

I don't really make a note of my matches but downing a high level Patch + Spidey team was an awesome feeling, since my team is all 85.

I only play her like once a day since she's so squishy but I find it hilarious when cStorm kills everyone with Raging Tempest. Especially if she's the last one standing with something like 25 health and all three enemies are alive. I know it's wrong but it feels so right! I cackle like a maniac...

I had a Hotdogs win last night; was playing the Daken/Ares/Ragnarok node on the Heroic and progressing quite nicely with Lazy Thor / Cap / Modern Storm. Ares went down and then Daken, but there were still a bunch of his Stike tiles left and my team was ~1/2 health each. Then Ragnarok went on one of his infinite cascades and suddenly it was mStorm alone and in the danger zone, but with skills near charged and Ragnarok getting low. Couple of light back and forth and I kick off her Red and there's the Hotdog vendor with his tasty treats. Gobble that up and back and forth a bit more and pull out the win on ... 13 health!

*Retribution @ 40% on that lvl 230 tinikitties with 20+k health, never fails to put a smile on my face. *Awhile back when buffed heroes could mass environment tiles.... dat forest fire. *GWBS Oneshot the whole enemy team

My recent favorite from LT tournament, the umpteens match getting robbed by OBW. This one:
tun1: purple 4
turn2: AI gor some other, take purple 3
turn3: Thought now AI takes the 3rd purple as always but it passed.
I take the 3rd purple and look OBW instakilled by Mags from her full (minus few dozens).

Downed two villains with about 800 HP between them with a multi-cascade enhanced by AWolv strike tiles. I was down to 1 character with 5 health. Yes, five.

Buffed-C.Storm's Raging Tempest in Brotherhood was hilarious to watch. Every AoE goon attack was basically a group suicide.

I fought a lvl 1 seed team in a lightning round today. There was a match-5 on the starting board. The resulting cascade wiped out the entire team. That was amusing.

I am sure there are plenty other reasons but most recently in this heroic juggs was mStorm soloing 3 level 190~ goons. Mainly because all my players were previously hurt and a couple assault rifles killed Thor and CapAm. It took a while but damnit she was determined. Also getting enough for narrow alley saved me once.

A sequence of bad moves and CPU luck lead to Model 40 and Modern Thor (both heavy hitters and tanks) being wiped out by Daken and some two high level goons in Heroic Juggs battle. Cap was nearly dead but with only a couple hit points to his name he was able to stage a one man come back against all three thanks to Red/ Blue abilities back to back. Cap really earned his keep this day. Very satisfying since Cap is only level 48 too.

My level 40 Venom eating 230's whole...must have an iron stomach to be able to keep Juggernaut down, who knows where that helmet has been.

Using Max Punisher Max Hulk 100 Cmags, fighting an equivalent opponent team. building up some blue red and purple to save for when the strike tiles come out, but I can't seem to get any green matches. a horrible, horrible cascade followed by multiple power uses completely kills Hulk and Punisher and takes Magneto down to about 100 while his team is full with one guy below 50%. I figure if I retreat Cmags goes down anyway, so might as well just finish. Cmags alone kills them all in one turn via lucky cascades and power usages with no strike tiles out! On the last guy, I had him down to about 500 or so, and had zero AP in the bank. I thought it had been a good run, but I was done for when the I turned it over, but my three match fell into another and then another to kill them. I couldn't believe it!

I was going to make a MOVES LIKE JAGGER joke but then i realized it was too soon.

One time I failed at knocking down a Hulk all the way. He was sitting at like 200 health with 8 of his black countdown tiles on the field. I was good as dead at this point. His countdown tiles trigger, and the resulting cascade destroys my team.

And then he cast's his Red, kills his own team, and I got a win!
