Question about refreshes

Are refreshes on nodes global per event, or per node?

Example: There's 6 hours left in current Juggs event, if i grind down 1 node, I know it will decrease point values of other nodes, but will those nodes continue to refresh from the last time i hit them, or will my entire refresh timer be reset?
