Boosts - defensive powers

Just a thought.

Right now, there are boosts to stockpile AP and boosts to effectively add permanent strike tiles (20% extra red/yellow damage, etc.), but one idea would be the same thing on a defensive side. Lowering damage caused by green/red attacks by 10% would be really interesting, and having it stack to 50% would make having it against certain fights (i.e., Juggernaut) really helpful.
