I had mailed support asking whether or not it was going to be put in the card packs later or if it was just a buy it then and that was it thing. They said the answer was in the forums, which I did a search and didn't find anything. Does anyone know if it is or did the chance to get her is over?

    Checking through the available cards via the vault, it doesn't show her. So I'm assuming she'll be released at a later time. I could be wrong though.

    You can check in your inventory and enable the option to view cards you don't own. See if it's there under that filter.

    Archangel was in vault for a while then got removed to put other cards.
    Since you missed that chance she will be enabled to get in packs when a new set of cards will be introduced.

    That's how the special offer cards work.
