No Rewards After Saheeli Event Ended?!

I was at rank 62 was hoping to make it to 50 before event ended.
3 minutes left I started a match.
I won and match ended after the event was over.

I got nothing
No Rewards
No option to claim rewards
No sign of anything for the Saheeli Event.
Only option was to join the upcoming nodes of power.

I played for hours and hours every day of the event
Before last match I was Rank 62
I was also rank a decent rank for my coalition

No Rewards for either

Please help

    Same thing happened to me. Played during the time when the event ended... then nothing but join new event.

    Hi - Thanks for letting us know. Sometimes there are delays in rewards for a couple of hours. If the rewards prompt have not shown up in the main menu, please reach out to support and they will be able to assist with missing rewards. Thanks.

    Same thing happened to me, my game overran the end of the event by 3 minutes though when I checked the vault my packs were waiting for me even though I never got the claim screen and never knew exactly what rank I finished in I'm going to say 51 icon_e_wink.gif

    Can support help? It's been a week since I last heard from them on an issue and their last response was:

    "We apologize for the delay regarding the issue. Unfortunately, there seems to be a technical issue on our end preventing us from sending these items."

    Has your tech support reported that bug to the developers and are they close to fixing it?

    Support was quite helpful to me the time I had a similar no reward given issue. Took a while to resolve, but they did.

    I got the "OGW Rare" I was missing as an item of some kind, along with the booster and crystals, but couldn't find a way to redeem it into anything. It just kind of evaporated or something, or at minimum didn't tell me what it was assuming I got anything at all. But at that point I got the other rewards and decided I didn't care enough to pursue it further. I did think the overall support interaction experience was actually quite good.
