Can't submit ticket. Says I'm suspended

Hope somebody is reading this because I cannot submit a ticket.

I tried sending a ticket about the issue of not receiving Facebook rewards since the latest update and when I went to submit the ticket it said, "User (name) is suspended."

I have absolutely no clue why this would be and would appreciate some help getting this resolved
