End-of-turn effects have incorrect timing

The "end of turn" doesn't appear to be ending correctly; some things can carry over to the next turn if they happen as the turn is ending.

1) If it's turn 8 and I kill an opponent with Fevered Visions, the opponent will not die until the beginning of my Turn 9 (this cost me an achievement and some crystal on a level I was grinding)

2) If my Nearheath Chaplain is killed in combat and the Spirits it summons trigger Valor in Akros, the +2/+2 trigger will happen and the beginning of the next turn and last until that turn finishes.
