Too many "comm link disrupted" errors!!!

Lately, I've had lots of connection problems with the game, even though my internet works perfectly fine, so I'd say the problem lies with D3's servers and not in my own connection.

This has caused many problems for me. In the big, ten day long Hulk event, my game "froze" for three whole days, effective denying me the chance to win Modern Thor. That hurt a lot, since the current Juggernaut event requires that you have Modern Thor. I issued a demand for compensation, but so far the support hasn't answered me on this demand. Or on anything else, for that matter.

This error continued to cause damage for me, just now in the Thor event. I was at place 10 and just as I had won one match, the game reported "connection lost" and I didn't get points for that match. Even more annoying, the game didn't let me connect so I couldn't win back any points until just now, but I would have been at place 10 at least, had the game worked. Now I ended up among the 25 best and it's so annoying not being able to defend your ranking due to these connection problems.

Why have a support when they don't even want to help us players? Why have a game that demands a big investment in time and energy, but constantly destroys the fun of the game and eliminates your chances to win prizes?

    My game continues to crash more and more now, getting really frustrating and its not my phone because other apps run find and do not lose their connection

    Having the same issues as the players above, though it's never lasted for 3 days. Usually only a few hours max. Super annoying when it's the last 3 hours of a PvP, I've spent days on.
